		<description>I stumbled across your blog as I have been in search for a job.  Par for the course in the present economy.
  It&#039;s interesting that you wrote this a year ago.  It is so poignant right now.  With the big business that have failed; the way they&#039;ve been dealing with it, something&#039;s amok in their thinking that they can go about in a business-as-usual sort of way.  The old-fashioned &quot;merchant&quot; wouldn&#039;t do that.  Sure, he has to put food on his own table, but it doesn&#039;t take several thousand dollars per month to do that.  He would take one for the team if it were necessary.  Small business owners care.  They have something more to lose.  They don&#039;t make millions, but they more than earn their pay.  They surround themselves with employees who care as well.  It&#039;s this fractured thinking that goes on in a corporate environment that had me running to work for small business in my early 20s.  In absence of that kind of job, I&#039;d rather work for myself than for corporate if I can help it.
  The good stores may not go away after all.  They offer a better variety of products and services they find to be tried and true.  The big-boxes cater to the focus group.  Granted, they&#039;re not ALL bad, but they kind of make everything vanilla.  And now, we&#039;re finding that even the big-boxes can&#039;t protect themselves from an economy like this.  It gives me hope.
  Here&#039;s to you and your small business (well, not so small) and your unwillingness to give up the &quot;merchant&quot; in you.  (Oh, and if you have any jobs available, can you shoot me an e-mail?  I&#039;ll send my resume immediately!)</description>

		<description>I write in the name of one of the Europeen moulding suppliers AFS is working with. Although my English is far from being acceptable, I think you will understand the message, the idea is very simple:
I fully subscribe the concept &quot;happy triangle&quot;, but would add a fourth edge. Need less to say that the figure would then immediately turn to become a quadrilateral and I&#039;m not sure if a &quot;happy supplier&quot; is that important, but I can assure you that this is our feeling with AFS. All companyes should be professional enough to give their best being or not happy with their customers, but the truth is that, consciously and unconsciously, you tend to take special care of those you feel
comfortable with.
Happy supplier, happy company, happy customers, happy employees.
Again I&#039;m not sure of this being important enough as for becoming one new edge, sorry Jay for haveing dared to break such a perfect figure, just wanted to express (even with the risk of seeming pretentious)how important is for a supplier to know that a customer tries to make him feel happy.</description>

		<description>Ahhh, a subject on customer service. In which, I have purchased from your store and felt welcomed along with great service. I give a 5 minute rule of giving the benefit of the doubt when shopping or eating @ a store, restaurant etc.., as I know it can be busy @ times. I myself have spent a few thousands dollars more on windows because of the service and guarantee. I felt the other 3 company salemen were the customers instead of myself! I do framing in my own home because my father is an artist til this day(73years old) and been around it and I believe in making memories a piece of art no matter what it is and I believe your company cares as well. Lastly, keep up the great work and never let down your customers.
